Recording & Rehearsals

Status updates

We are presently stationed at Phantasmagoria Machine, recording B-Sides and a handful of covers for a number of forthcoming releases. First off, Desire Records will be issuing a 7" single for the song "Sister" with an exclusive track on the B-Side.

In addition, we are tracking extra songs for the concluding version of the "Ghost Pains" LP. Ghost Pains will see the light of day early next year via Desire Records. We are extremely excited about working with Desire! Further updates will be available soon.

Below are photographs from our recent recording session.

We would also like to take this opportunity to welcome the latest addition to the Deathday Circle, Quintus Andrisson. Here are some photos of our recent rehearsals with Quintus.

Best Show Yet!

Despite the last minute departure of Patrick Covert and Chad Valasek, we somehow managed to pull off our best set yet, and as a three piece no less. Thanks to all the bands, especially Veil Veil Vanish for their kindness. Here are some pictures of our performance courtesy of DJ Carlos Rossi.

Kill Surf City

Video from last year's Halloween show as The Jesus And Mary Chain

Last Halloween we got together with a few friends, decided to get a few pairs of knockoff Ray-Bans and play a set of Jesus and Mary Chain songs. The event took place at Pehrspace, and if I recall correctly, the set list was "Rider", "Just Out Of Reach", "Kill Surf City" and "Never Understand". It was a fun night, Bobb Bruno and Voice On Tape did a set together of Misfits songs and Blessure Grave closed out the night in bloody attire. Here's a clip of us doing Kill Surf City!
